The Royce is an Award-Winning Retirement Community in Sydney offering both Independent Living and Aged Care Facilities. Letter Graphics in conjunction with signage designers Jensen Design Associates, implemented an extensive array of Wayfinding Signage Solutions for this newly developed high-end facility.

Education
Nihon University Newcastle
The Nihon project is a newly developed private University located in Newcastle where the heritage listed old Courthouse building was repurposed to a university campus. Letter Graphics collaborated with Minale Tattersfield who planned, designed and documented the Wayfinding Signage and Interpretive Displays for the campus. The projects specifications incorporated an extensive range of Internal and External Signs that needed to seamlessly blend the heritage elements and modern aspects of the space.

Residential
Clarion Alexandria
The unique architecture of the Clarion Apartments in Alexandria was designed to reflect the area’s Light Industrial Heritage. The concrete façade has a unique texture finish coupled with minimalistic signage features that complement the architecture of the building. Letter Graphics was appointed by the builders for both the Internal and External custom design sign elements.

Aged Care
Calvary Dalton Residences
A benchmark project for Letter Graphics, Calvary Dalton Residences utilised our full array of sign manufacturing capabilities. Working with signage designers Jensen Design Associates, LetterGraphics delivered a tailormade Wayfinding Sign System to match the interior decor and community space. The internal signage featured a Maison Oak Joinery Panel with Directional graphics. All external signs featured Calvary’s signature blue in keeping with their brand standards.
